Israel “Stu” Spodek is a healthcare attorney with over 20 years of experience representing providers and healthcare companies nationwide. He advises on regulatory and compliance matters, licensure, revenue cycle management, transactions, and litigation.
Stu has served as General Counsel to laboratory companies operating at both regional and national levels, including a technology-enabled COVID-19 testing platform. He previously was a Partner in the healthcare practice of a New York law firm, where he focused extensively on the skilled nursing facility industry.
