Lauren focuses her practice on regulatory and transactional compliance across the healthcare industry, with significant experience in:

• ERISA compliance and employer-sponsored benefit plans
• Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute risk mitigation
• Multi-state telehealth frameworks and licensing strategy
• FDA and FTC labeling and advertising compliance for OTC drugs, prescription products, and dietary supplements
• Corporate practice of medicine (CPOM) compliance, MSO structuring, and bundled-fee arrangements
• State practice-of-medicine and telehealth guidelines for physicians and advanced practice providers

Lauren routinely drafts and negotiates healthcare agreements — including MSAs, PSAs, and collaborative practice agreements — and advises clients facing medical and professional board inquiries. Her background supporting both operational scale and regulatory safety enables her to deliver clear, practical guidance that aligns complex compliance with business goals.

Lauren earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Massachusetts School of Law and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She currently resides in South Carolina where she enjoys spending time with her family and horses on their small homestead.
