I just want to make extra clear that in California, the Medical Board has issued a number of different opinions that the medical spa must be a medical corporation, not a nursing corporation. I can’t tell you how many times people have formed a nursing corporation, and then we have to unwind everything and fix it, and it gets expensive to do that.

So to the extent any of you are on the verge of forming an entity, it would be a medical corporation in California, not a nursing.
