Health care law is very nuanced. It’s constantly changing, and my practice is very rich in that it involves both conventional medical practitioners, such as physicians, nurses, dentists, physician assistants and psychologists, all the way to complementary and alternative medicine practitioners such as chiropractors, acupuncturists, and massage therapists. In some states, there is also legal leeway for non-licensed practitioners to offer their services. I represent many non-licensed practitioners in those states to help them design and structure their practices in a way that minimizes risk, and is as legally compliant as possible.
