Automatic Renewal Disclosure

“Automatic Renewal” means that: at the conclusion of your Term, you are automatically enrolled or subscribed for additional Terms, until you cancel (see below re cancellation).

For example, if you are in the Legal Counsel Plan—Gold, then, at the conclusion of your 3-month Term you will be automatically enrolled (and charged) for a new, 3-month Term, and then for another, and so on, until you cancel.

By signing up for Automatic Renewal, you understand, accept, and affirmatively consent to the following terms:

1. The subscription or purchasing agreement for your Counsel Plan will continue until you cancel.
2. You may cancel at any time by emailing our office () or by calling us toll-free 1-888-633-2070; however, your cancellation will be effective at the conclusion of your current Term.
3. The recurring charges that will be charged to your credit or debit card are those described in your Counsel Plan.
4. The length of the automatic renewal Term is that described in your Counsel Plan; provided, that such Term automatically renews until you cancel as described here.
5. The minimum purchase obligation is that described in your Counsel Plan—i.e., purchase for a Term, which Term automatically renews.
