Michael H.Cohen: Psychology, Life Coaching Legal Issues

I’d like to talk to you about psychology. There are three situations that could pertain to you. I’m going to list them and then I’ll go into detail on each one of them.

Number one, you could be a life coach who could be at risk for unlicensed practice of psychology.

Two, you could be a licensed psychologist who has liability issues with a difficult patient.
