Matt is a Senior Associate attorney at Cohen Healthcare Law Group where he practices all aspects of healthcare law, business law, FDA and FTC regulations, and general corporate law. He has dealt extensively with businesses in matters of company formation, contract drafting, negotiations, compliance, copyrights, and trademark registration. Prior to joining CHLG, Matt gained significant healthcare law experience as an associate attorney with Carlson & Jayakumar LLP, where he represented professional healthcare practices and life sciences companies.
A longtime musician with an academic concentration in entertainment law, Matt also has general experience in matters involving individuals and companies in the entertainment industry. Matt received his Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University. He received his J.D. from Loyola Law School after completing the Entertainment Law Concentration Program. While at Loyola, he actively participated in student organizations as Vice President of the Immigration Law Society and member of the Entertainment & Sports Law Society, La Raza de Loyola, and the Public Interest Law Foundation.
