Holly Little is a valued expert in all facets of corporate and healthcare issues including supply chain management, corporate structure, contracts, reimbursement, healthcare management, and compliance. She holds a B.A. in Economics (with Honors) from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She received her JD degree from Northeastern School of Law where she also served as a Teaching Assistant in Legal Writing and has a LLM degree in Corporate & Securities law from Georgetown University School of Law. Ms. Little wrote rules for the investment management division of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington DC. She also served as a staff attorney at Morrison and Forrester law firm where she participated in mergers and acquisitions of major fortune 500 companies. Ms. Little became assistant in-house counsel for BET holdings before starting the boutique law firm Hill & Little, PLLC. Hill & Little is a minority and woman owned law firm working with the FDIC outside counsel management group.

Ms. Little is an experienced corporate and healthcare attorney with a passion for helping healthcare organizations, providers, and innovators navigate the complex legal and regulatory landscape of the healthcare industry. With over 30 years of deep expertise in compliance, operational strategy, and business growth, she provide legal solutions that empower my clients to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry.

Ms. Little also bring a proven track record of helping healthcare providers start, run, scale, and sell their businesses. From navigating startup challenges to negotiating contracts and planning strategic exits, she have partnered with countless providers to achieve their business goals while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations.

Additionally, Ms. Little have significant experience working with major Clinical Research Sponsors and CROs on regulatory compliance, clinical trial agreements, FDA oversight, data privacy concerns, and patient recruitment practices. Her work ensures these organizations can focus on advancing medicine while adhering to stringent legal standards.
